This is a big band instrumental original of mine. Inspired by the Maynard Ferguson’s “Blues Roar” big band of the early ‘60’s, this medium tempo swing/shuffle is a reasonably challenging, high energy ride. Lead trumpet tops out at concert Db5. Reed 1 plays Soprano Sax throughout. At this time, there is only a midi recording for reference, so use your imagination when listening!
